How to control smart phone uses?
Now days mobile is basic necessity for everyday life. Most of the people in the world can not live without mobile. but slowly slowly it is becoming addiction and we are becoming slave to it. We are spending more time then it is really required. And with the advanced in technologies, mobile runs as fast as normal laptop So we can do most of the work from mobile. And at the same time it is becoming addiction which more dangerous considering the amount of time we are wasting and effects on our health.
SO I THOUGHT I SHOULD DO SOMETHING TO REDUCE THE MOBILE USES.
here are some of things I am following to reduce the long term side effect
1. Put you phone to silent mode before going to bed or some time before the bedtime. you can do it manually or set bedtime schedule in phone.
2. Turn the notification Off for most apps. Most of the notification we receive is useless.
3.Think twice before checking your mobile. Now a days we have a habit of checking mobile every couple minutes even if we are not expecting anything important from anyone.
4.Dont use the phone while using toilet. if you use it then we ended up spending more time then required and which can impact. long time sitting in toilet can cause Piles and it is very painful.
5.keep the mobile out of reach from your hands.If you are sitting in one room in your home the keep it in other room or keep it far away from your desk/chair.
