Emma's Dream



Emma was in her marshmallow themed bed, she had hoped to get a great dream tonight. “Good night Emma” said her mom. “Good night mom!” she said as she was about to fall asleep. In her dream she found herself surrounded by candy, cotton candy clouds, lollipop trees, a chocolate river and gumdrop rocks! She already knew this was going to be the best dream ever! 

Then she heard something, it was a sound coming from the bushes. “Who is there? "she said. Then Emma saw a gentle fairy come out from the bushes. She had sprinkles on her hair, she had a nice frilly pink sprinkled dress, and had pink shoes to match her outfit “Sorry for interrupting,” the fairy said. “That is okay,” said Emma. ”Well I was wondering if you could help me get to the candy wizard, because you seem very brave,” said the fairy. “The candy wizard?” said Emma, confused. “Yes the candy wizard!” The fairy said, ”let me explain who he is first. ”He is the wizard that created us the citizens of candy land”. “I lost some of my sprinkles and I know that the candy wizard is the only one who can return my sprinkles,” said the fairy. “Ok!” said Emma, "I will help you return your sprinkles but i do not know where the candy wizard lives?”                                                                                               

“Right on top of the hill said the fairy!”. ”Ok let us start going now! ”Emma said. As they were going to the candy wizard they saw a river, it was made out of chocolate and it looked tasty but Emma did not know how to get across the river. ”How do we go across the river? ”Emma asked the fairy confused”. “Do not worry” as she sang a spell. After she was done singing the spell gumdrop rocks appeared in the chocolate river, ”WOW” Emma said surprised “how did you do that, you have got to teach me how you did that!” Emma said. “Well now we should not waste any time, we still have a lot to go “ the fairy said as she flew over the gumdrops. ”Hurry up” said the fairy. “Ok” Emma said as she was jumping over the gumdrops. While they were going on top of the hill Emma thought this was her dream so she could be anything she wanted! Then she said to the fairy that it was her dream so she could be anything she wanted! Then the fairy gave her an idea “how about you give yourself wings so we both can fly on top of the hill to get to the candy wizard faster” said the fairy. “Good idea!” Emma said. Then she squeezed her eyes shut as hard as she could and imagined herself with wings. ”It worked!” said the fairy. Emma was nervous she had never flown before. She flapped her wings and she was getting higher and higher and even higher off the ground, she felt amazing that she could actually fly!

Then they headed straight to the candy wizards tower. When they were there they asked the guards if they could come in and meet the candy wizard. BUT…… the guards said NO! The fairy asked why the guards said no then they said the wizard does not want anyone in the castle for this whole month because they candy wizard had something important to work on! The fairy eyes saddened Emma had to do something about it, Emma could not just stand here letting the fairy cry. Then….SHE HAD AN IDEA “fairy” Emma said, stumbling over her words “we can sneak in from the rooftop!” “Good idea” said the fairy excitedly. They flew to the rooftop and went in.


The wizard saw them and said ‘what are you doing in here?” the wizard asked, surprised. “Well”…the fairy continued “I need help!” she said. “Need help with what?” the wizard said, ”Need help to return my sprinkles,” the fairy said. “Umm….. Sorry I can not help you BECAUSE YOU JUST BROKE IN MY CASTLE!” said the wizard returning her sprinkles anyway. Then the fairy laughed and thanked Emma for helping her return her sprinkles. After that Emma woke up in her bed and told her parents what kind of dream she had. Her parents were amazed that she had a perfect dream as Emma wanted it to be. OH! And the narrator forgot to tell you Emma had a better dream tomorrow in part 2 of Emma’s dream.
