Those Shoes
Have you ever wanted something, and you could not have it? Well I have! Today I am going to explain the story of those shoes. There is this boy named Jeremy who wants shoes, I am going to explain what type of person Jeremy is, and how his feelings change over time, and his lesson about life.
First, I am going to tell the beginning of the story. In the beginning of the story he says” those shoes black with 2 white strips,I want them grandma” he says. he is a wanting person in what he just said. And he also said this "everyone in school has them, "Brandon T comes to school with them know he is the fastest runner not me, Nate wears them too and he goes to the bathroom 7 times a day just to go in the hall real slow. In this part he is jealous. Read the next paragraph to know more!
Next, I am going to teach you about how his feelings change and what kind of person he is in the middle of the story. Well in the middle of the story, Jeremy tore his shoes in the middle of kickball and Mr. Alfry gave him a new pair and it had an animal cartoon that no kid ever watched. When he entered the classroom every kid started laughing at his shoes. But Antonio is the only one who did not laugh. In this part of the story he is embarrassed and upset. And he is not a kind of happy person in this kind of part.
Last of all, I am going to teach you about how Jeremy's feelings change and what kind of person he is at the end of the story. In the end of the story his grandma brings him to shops to get those shoes. When he got those shoes they were too small but he got them anyway. He noticed Antonio needed new shoes. He thought for a while and thought he could give those shoes to Antonio. And he ends up giving Antonio those shoes. In this part he is caring. His feelings change to great.
In conclusion, I am going to tell you the lesson that Jeremy learned. Jeremy learned that it is better to give than to want. Jeremy felt great when he gave his new shoes that he always wanted and gave to Antonio.
